In essence, the guardians of our musical legacy are the music educators in our schools, who possess the power to unlock the world of music and its boundless potential for children. They also include music school instructors who decode the mysteries of instrumental music for thousands of students, cultivating the performers of tomorrow. Through the synergistic collaboration of the students and teaching staff within the Department of Musicology, Music Pedagogy, and Cultural Management, we construct the hidden framework of the musical world, a foundation that intrinsically supports all the enchantment and beauty we seek from music.<\/p>\n<p>The department stands on the three pillars of music academia: researching music, teaching music, and ensuring that profound music and culture reach the most diverse segments of society.<\/p>\n<p>Our aim is to create a vibrant academic environment for young music enthusiasts, enabling them
