Deadlines for submitting the applications are <strong>May 20th<\/strong> (concerts in the fall semester) and <strong>November 20th<\/strong> (concerts in the spring semester). The application round will open two weeks before the deadline.<\/p>\n<p>See also: <a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Regulation-of-the-Concert-and-Performance-Office-of-the-Estonian-Academy-of-Music-and-Theatre-ENG.uus_.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Concert Arrangement Regulation of the Concert and Performance Office<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To apply for a concert, please fill out the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSc93KGhwULD8C9pV0u8kkAvMLmxP6Im5c3XpW5ZiSQjtLWSGw\/viewform?usp=header\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">application form<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, please upload the following files to the application:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>a biography<\/strong> of the performer \/ ensemble;<\/li>\n<li><strong>publicity photo<\/strong>(s) of the performer \/ ensemble;<\/li>\n<li><strong>technical<\/strong> <strong>rider<\/strong> if any technical equipment is necessary (must be provided at least one month before the concert);<\/li>\n<li>student applicants must also provide a free-form <strong>confirmation letter<\/strong> from a faculty member regarding the requested concert. The confirmation letter must be provided in a format that can be reproduced in writing. Approval from the head of the respective department is also required for larger-scale student projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>NB! Late submissions will be referred for consideration for the next semester.<\/p>\n<p>The most important events of the academic units will be given priority in the EAMT CPO concert season. The <a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/en\/events\/concert-and-performance-office\/the-artistic-committee\/\">Artistic Committee<\/a> of the EAMT CPO will make a selection from the concert applications and
