A contrary trend is evident in doctoral studies, where there has been an annual increase in the proportion of male students, being 64% in 2025.<\/li>\n<li>International students accounted for a quarter (26.5%) of all students at the end of 2025. Among international students, 80 were enrolled in Master\u2019s studies, 64 in Bachelor\u2019s studies, and 8 in doctoral studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A detailed overview by field of study and academic year is provided in the <a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/en\/about\/the-academy\/yearbooks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EAMT yearbooks<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Staff 2025<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As of 31.12.2025, the total number of staff was 277, of which 64% were academic staff and 36% support staff.<\/li>\n<li>Of all employees, 43% were men (119) and 57% women (158).<\/li>\n<li>The gender balance of academic staff was equal, with a total of 94 men and 93 women. The distribution varies considerably according to department (Table 1) and academic occupation (Table 2).<\/li>\n<li>Among support staff, 25 (28%) were men and 65 (72%) were women.<\/li>\n<li>Women were more strongly represented in EMTA\u2019s management and decision-making bodies, accounting for 58% compared to 42% men (Table 3).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">Table 1.
