if they:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>study in a programme with English as the language of instruction;<\/li>\n<li>study with a part-time load;<\/li>\n<li>are a student who has enrolled before the year 2024 and has studied on a free student place for at least half of the standard period of study in a study programme and has then, within a period equal to three times the standard period of studies in that programme, enrolled at the same academic level in a study programme for which the performance contract between the Academy and the Ministry of Education and Research does not provide the option of a second education without reimbursement of study costs;<\/li>\n<li>are a student who has enrolled since 2024, has already studied for tuition-free at the higher education level for at least 365 calendar days, and whose time elapsed since the expulsion from the same level of higher education is less than ten years, except for study programs for which the performance agreement between the Academy and the Ministry of Education and Research does not provide for the possibility of repeat free education;<\/li>\n<li>study with full-time load in a Bachelor or Master\u2019s programme and have in previous semesters not accumulated the required percentage of credits by the beginning of a new<br \/>\nsemester (reimbursement is required for the difference between the actually accumulated 5 credit points and the number of credit points required for 100% completion of the<br \/>\nprogramme, starting from the 7th credit point; if clauses hold true, all costs exceeding the standard tuition fee will be reimbursed);<\/li>\n<li>are a Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s student enrolled in a tuition-free curriculum since 2024, who interrupts his\/her studies after 70 calendar days from the beginning of the semester (tuition must be paid for the credits of subjects declared in the study plan but not completed);<\/li>\n<li>study with full-time load and have exceeded the standard study period (have taken an extra study year);<\/li>\n<li>are a student who has enrolled before the year 2024 and has been exmatriculated twice from the same study programme and, within two years from the last matriculation,<br \/>\nhas again been matriculated in the same study programme;<\/li>\n<li>are a student who has enrolled since 2024 and has already been enrolled in tuition-free studies at the vocational or higher education level upon enrollment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A limited number of scholarships are available for international students.
