style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EAMT academic and administrative staff has the opportunity to participate in teaching or training activities in frames of Erasmus+ and Nordplus programmes both at partner universities and organisations within and outside the EU. In addition it\u2019s possible to invite teachers and staff from partner institutions and various professional organisations (including freelance experts) to EAMT. There are also options to implement international development projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teacher and staff exchange includes the following types of mobility:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Teaching mobility<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> covering exchanges with the purpose of teaching at a partner university (including incoming experts teaching at EAMT);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Staff training <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>at partner universities<\/strong> with the purpose of sharing experience and best practices with specialy colleagues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Straff training<\/strong> offered in frames of Erasmus+ programme, for example<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/staffmobility.eu\/staff-week-search\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HERE<\/a> ja\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dorea.org\/erasmuscourses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HERE<\/a>. NB! Specialty training needs to be directly connected to the work of the employee and approved according to the guide of work related trips available at intranet <a href=\"https:\/\/siseveeb.eamt.ee\/sisekorrad-ja-juhendid\/\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The applications of incoming experts are accepted on a running basis but it\u2019s recommended to submit these at least 2 months before the planned teaching activity to <a href=\"mailto:kadi.kallau@eamt.ee\">kadi.kallau@eamt.ee<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Participation criteria<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The mobility participant needs to be a contractual employee at the sending institution (including employment, service or agency contracts). Teaching mobility is possible at institutions with whom EAMT has signed an Erasmus <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1CgSSfKnd2opc7tRGpAKrbJWk3vLU5abjDf4diwVOv_g\/edit#gid=1284644233\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">agreement<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or that belong to Nordplus thematic <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nordplusmusic.net\/index.php?id=145\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">networks<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For mobility with programme countries priority is given to teacher training that enhances pedagogical and curriculum design skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Mobility duration<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While Nordplus teacher mobility duration can be just one day (8 hours of teaching), the minimum duration of Erasmus+ mobility within Europe is <\/span><b>2 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and of international credit mobility <\/span><b>5 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, excluding travel days.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A teaching activity has to comprise a minimum of <\/span><b>8 hours of teaching<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per week (or any shorter period of stay). A week is defined as five working days.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the mobility lasts longer than one week, the minimum number of teaching hours for an incomplete week should be proportional to the duration of that week.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the teaching activity is combined with a training activity during a single period abroad, the minimum number of hours of teaching per week (or any shorter period of stay) is reduced to <\/span><b>4 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Organisation and reporting<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Before the mobility<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The mobility participant needs to sign the <\/span><b>Mobility Agreement <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that sets out the programme of teaching \/ training<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and<\/span><b> Grant Agreement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> setting the financial support according to the mobility duration and travel distance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Erasmus+ mobility within Europe<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/tootajate-tooplaan-opetamiseks-mobility-agreement-for-teaching-2022.docx\">Mobility Agreement<\/a> (teaching)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/tootajate-tooplaan-koolituseks-mobility-agreement-for-training-2022.docx\">Mobility Agreement<\/a> (training)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/participant-grant-agreement-eng-2022.docx\">Grant agreement<\/a> (teaching \/ training \/ teaching and training)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Erasmus+ international credit mobility<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Tootaja-mobiilsusleping-opetamine-2022-KA171.docx\">Mobility Agreement<\/a> (teaching)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Tootaja-mobiilsusleping-koolitamine-2022-KA171.docx\">Mobility Agreement<\/a> (training)<\/span><b><br \/>\n<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Participant-Grant-Agreement-ENG-2022.docx\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Grant Agreement<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Nordplus<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Nordplus-Teacher_Grant_Agreement-1.docx\">Grant Agreement<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>During the mobility<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The receiving institution or host organisation needs to sign the mobility <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Erasmus-Staff-Confirmation.docx\"><b>Confirmation<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The confirmation has to be brought or sent to the EAMT International Office upon return.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>After the mobility<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each mobility participant is requested\u00a0 to submit a participant report, in case of Erasmus+ in Mobility Tool portal (invitation will be sent automatically from the portal), <a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Nordplus-Teacher_Report_Form-1.docx\">Nordplus report<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0should be sent to <a href=\"mailto:hanneleen.pihlak@eamt.ee\">hanneleen.pihlak@eamt.ee<\/a><\/span><b>.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, a financial report needs to be filled out at the Accounting department.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The report needs to include the relevant travel documents (boarding passes, tickets, receipts etc).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Funding<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mobility participants will receive an EU grant as a contribution to the costs for travel and subsistence.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of <\/span><b>incoming <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">experts and partner country employees whose mobility is financed from EAMT Erasmus budget, individual income tax (20%) will be deducted according to Estonian tax law. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We also need the participant\u2019s nationality\/birth date (for the national Tax Board). The grant shall be paid to the <\/span><b>incoming expert\u2019s\/teacher\u2019s<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> bank account. Daily subsistence rate in Estonia is 140 EUR and<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/programmes\/erasmus-plus\/resources\/distance-calculator_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ERASMUS+ distance calculator<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and maximum travel grant rates will be used to calculate the eligible amount for travel support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Erasmus+ mobility within Europe<\/b><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/ERASMUS-oppejoudude-toetuste-piirmaarad.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maximum individual support rates for teachers and staff 2024-2026<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Erasmus+ international credit mobility<\/strong><br \/>\nIndividual support daily rate <strong>180 EUR<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/resources-and-tools\/distance-calculator\">ERASMUS+ distance calculator<\/a> will be used to calculate the travel grant according to the distance for one direction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nordplus<\/strong><br \/>\nDaily subsistence rate max 100 EUR<br \/>\nWeekly subsistence rate (5-7 working days) max 500
