For detailed audition requirements and assessment criteria click on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/en\/admissions\/departments-and-majors\/\">departments and majors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The examination panel can give you additional assignments to determine your skills and abilities. Depending on your main subject, you may be asked to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>play some scales or arpeggios;<\/li>\n<li>undertake a short sight-reading exercise;<\/li>\n<li>improvise or create a short composition on a given theme, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>EAMT prefers to audition you in person, but those foreign applicants, to whom traveling is not possible, are encouraged to submit an original video recording of their performance as a substitute for a live audition. However, candidates can only pass the entrance audition by video recording if the examination panel has no doubts about authenticity of the recording, the quality of the recording is sufficient for evaluation and the candidate\u2019s performance meets the highest standards, clearly exceeding the admission threshold. You should send your video recording to our admissions secretary Margit V\u00f5sa (<a href=\"mailto:admissions@eamt.ee\">admissions@eamt.ee<\/a>), who will also assist you if you wish to receive a subject-specific consultation or have any questions about the admission procedures.<\/p>\n<p>During an interview, the examination panel can test a candidate\u2019s knowledge in a narrower field of specialization as well as his or her general cultural knowledge. You will also be tested whether or not your\u00a0English or Estonian\u00a0language skills\u00a0are sufficient to be admitted to EAMT.<\/p>\n<p>The examination is graded on a scale from 0 to 10.<\/p>\n<p>A student candidate may apply for studies in up to\u00a0two main subjects\u00a0(majors). If a candidate meets the admission criteria in both, the candidate shall notify the Admission Secretary about his or her preference by the end of the admission period. NB! Student candidates shall not be enrolled simultaneously in two main subjects.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the admission period you will be officially informed whether or not you have been accepted to the programme you applied for. If the answer is positive, you need to confirm your decision to study at EAMT. Please note that to be formally enrolled, you need to have submitted all the required documents, including the proof of previous qualifications and diplomas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The application fee is 75 \u20ac<\/strong>\u00a0and normally needs to be paid by bank transfer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuition fees<\/strong> apply to all international students whose language of tuition is English. The fees range from 1750 \u20ac to 14 000 \u20ac per academic year depending on the study programme and your country of origin. Detailed information about the fees can be found <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eamt.ee\/en\/studies\/tuition-fees\/\">here<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0A limited number of scholarships are available for international students. Auditions for the scholarships usually take place at the end of September.<\/p>\n<p>Full-time studies in Estonian are free, not depending on the country of origin of the student. There is also no tuition fee for doctoral studies. Students studying full time at doctoral level have the right to receive a monthly stipend.<\/p>\n"}]},{"dropdown_title":"Useful
