Today, May 13, we are celebrating <b>Diversity Day<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Estonia&#8217;s six public universities \u2014 University of Tartu, Tallinn University of Technology, Tallinn University, Estonian University of Life Sciences, Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, and the Estonian Academy of Arts \u2014 together with the Estonian Research Council (ETAg), have organised a joint <b>Diversity Week<\/b> each year in May. This year, we are not holding a separate event, but we warmly invite you to explore the rich materials from the past two years.<\/p>\n<p><b>2025 &#8220;Dare to Act&#8221;<\/b> \u2014 the focus was on building a culture of intervention: why and how to respond to bullying, harassment, and unequal treatment in university settings. Materials include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/shorts\/pMIKk31SGPM?feature=share\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a joint video address by students across the universities<\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/etag.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Julge-sekkuda_148X315-mm_VOLDIK_b3mm.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a practical guide to intervention behaviour (freely available to all institutions)<\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=N7FkFfi-LL4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an English-language webinar on ending gender-based violence in higher education (Prof. Fredrik Bondestam, Uppsala University)<\/a><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/xt4GGEH-Ys8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a recorded public discussion &#8220;Dare to Act: Why and How?&#8221;<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All 2025 recordings are available on the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@EestiTeadusagentuur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> ETAG YouTube channel<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>2024 &#8220;Diverse Estonian Universities&#8221;<\/b> \u2014 the week featured a joint video address by university rectors, a panel discussion on diversity in academia, and daily short lectures covering topics from cultural
