Winner of the international H. Szeryng competition and J. Brahms competition (2008), Lithuanian violinist Dalia Kuznecovait\u0117 started playing at the age of four. She was born in Vilnius, where she studied at the M. K. Ciurlionis Art School (under Professors B. Smidtiene and J. Urba). She continued at the Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik und Tanz K\u00f6ln (2004-2007, under Prof. Z. Bron), at the Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik und Theater Rostock (2007-2012, under Prof. P. Munteanu) and at the Conservatoire of Paris (2012-2015 under Professors B. Garlitsky and S. Roussev) graduating with best grades and the special prize by the jury.<\/p>\n

Dalia Kuznecovait\u0117 has collaborated with such renowned conductors as M. Rostropovich, M. Sanderling, M. Diadiura, E. Batiz, F. Mastrangelo, S. Sondeckis, A. Poga and E. Korkmaz. Since December 2015, she has been the primaria of Vilnius String Quartet.<\/p>\n

As a soloist, Dalia participates actively in concerts in many countries of Europe and America. From time to time she used to join the Symphony Orchestra \u201cDeutsche Radio\u201d, \u201cNorddeutsche Philarmonie\u201d (Germany), Symphony Orchestra \u201cK\u00e4rtner\u201d (Austria), Philharmonic Orchestra Kiew (Ukraine), The State Hermitage Orchestra from St. Petersburg, Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra (Canada), the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra, the Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra Sczecin Philharmonic Orchestra (Poland), Mexico Philharmonic Orchestra, Guanajuato Philharmonic Orchestra (Mexico), Monterrey Symphony Orchestra (Mexico), Symphony Orchestra Languedoc Roussillon (France).<\/p>\n

Dalia has been a grantee of M. Rostropovich\u2019s Fund since the 2004 and won a scholarship by \u201cBanque Populaire\u201d Fund (Paris) in 2015. For her creative achievement, Dalia was granted an honorary award by the President of the Republic of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus in 2009.<\/p>\n"}]},"yoast_head":"\nViolin masterclass.
