Latvian violinist Marta Sp\u0101rni\u0146a grew up in Madona where besides other interests she started to play violin at the age of six. The passion of making music grew and she moved to Riga to enter Em\u012bls D\u0101rzi\u0146\u0161 music school, violin class of Ludmila Girska. After graduating Marta studied in J\u0101zeps V\u012btols Latvian Academy of Music with professor Valdis Zari\u0146\u0161, University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with professor Michael Schnitzler and Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin<\/em> with professor Ulf Wallin. Marta found it very important to come back to Latvia after studies and right before the final exams in Berlin in 2009 she got a concertmaster position in Latvian State chamber orchestra Sinfonietta Riga <\/em>where she played untill 2023. Marta is frequent guest in such orchestras as Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen<\/em>, O`Modernt<\/em>, as guest concertmaster – in the Estonian National Symphony Orchestra, Orquesta Filharm\u00f3nica de Gran Canaria<\/em> etc.<\/p>\n Marta loves to play chamber music, she regularly performs with different formations. 2011-2020 has been first violin of Sp\u012b\u0137eru string quartet, since 2020 she is first violin of string quartet Sponte<\/em>. She has participated in such festivals as P\u00e4rnu Music Festival, Die Ittinger Pfingstkonzerte, <\/em>Warsaw Autumn, <\/em>Monte-Carlo Spring Arts Festival etc. Since 2019 Marta is teaching violin at J\u0101zeps V\u012btols Latvian Music Academy.<\/p>\n"}]},"yoast_head":"\n
