His recent work stretches across genre and form. Future Folk<\/em> merges folk textures with experimental sensibilities, and was featured in a live broadcast on \u00c0 l\u2019Improviste <\/em>(France Musique<\/em>). In 2024, he released Kiss the Joy<\/em> on Yolk Records<\/em> \u2014 a shimmering blend of songwriting, abstraction, and sonic vulnerability.<\/p>\nQuintans moves just as fluently in the world of contemporary music, having premiered Jos\u00e9 Manuel L\u00f3pez L\u00f3pez\u2019s Angle Mort at the Ensemble(s)<\/em> Festival in Paris (broadcast by Radio France<\/em>). On stage, he favors intimacy and risk, performing often in Parisian venues like La Gare, Sunset, Son de la Terre<\/em>, and 38 Riv<\/em>. As a composer, he has written for orchestras, contemporary ensembles, and prepares a new series of pieces for the contemporary piano.<\/p>\nHe also teaches \u2014 not just notes, but a way of thinking about sound.
