Sven Idarand graduated from the University of Tartu in 2003 with a degree in Business Administration and earned a Master’s degree in Cultural Management from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre in 2006. He is an experienced leader in the fields of education, culture, and sports, having worked as a project manager and lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Arts and as Head of Education at FAF Estonia. Since 2016, he has been the Director of OMAklubi Sports Club, and in 2023 he was appointed Secretary General of the European University Alliance Transform4Europe. Sven has extensive experience in strategic development processes, training programme design, project management and entrepreneurship consulting. In addition to his professional activities, he is an sports instructor and has been actively engaged in international youth organisations and cultural projects.
