Nordplus

Nordplus mobility is organised within the speciality networks of the Nordic and Baltic region:

Classical music – NordClassic
Jazz music – NordPuls
Opera education – NordOpera
Folk music – Nordtrad
Music pedagogy – NNME
Theatre – Norteas
Cultural entrepreneurship –  ActinArt

Participation in master classes/projects (5 days – 1 month)

Nordplus enables EAMT students to apply express mobility grants to support participation in master classes and projects organised in partner universities.
Depending on the network it’s also possible to seek support for work placements with the minimum duration of one week. The students are responsible for finding the suitable organisation themselves or with the help of their teacher.

Please contact the EAMT Nordplus coordinator with questions and proposals about express mobility!

Studies or training (1 – 12 months)

BA and MA level students can also apply Nordplus support for long-term studies or work placement in Nordic and Baltic institutions or organisations. EAMT recommends using Erasmus+ funding if possible for long term mobility.

The application period usually takes place in the beginning of the spring semester for the upcoming academic year. Depending on the host institution, the application needs to be submitted either through the EASY Online Application System (list of EASY institutions is found HERE), separate online system of the host institution or by the EAMT Nordplus coordinator. Before applying the student needs to check from the website of the chosen institution when and how the incoming applications are accepted.

Scholarship

Before the mobility the outgoing students have to fill out the Grant agreement.
Weekly Nordplus scholarship is 70 EUR and the monthly grant is 200 EUR. The students will also receive a travel grant of 330 EUR, for mobility to Iceland 660 EUR.
