Swedish pianist Anders Kilström has performed extensively as a soloist and chamber musician across Europe, Asia, North America, Australia, New Zealand, and the former Soviet Union. He has appeared as a soloist with renowned conductors such as Alan Gilbert, Neeme Järvi, Franz Welser-Möst, Hans Vonk, and Heinz Wallberg. Kilström regularly collaborates with leading instrumentalists and vocalists, having toured with Welsh baritone Bryn Terfel in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, with mezzo-soprano Barbara Hendricks in France and Canada, and with mezzo-soprano Ann-Sofie von Otter in Spain. Since 1989, Kilström has also been a member of the Swedish contemporary music ensemble KammarensembleN.

He received his musical education at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm, studying under Professor Gunnar Hallhagen, and later with esteemed musicians György Sebök, Tatiana Nikolaieva, and Colette Zerah. In 1988, he spent a year at the Banff Centre for Fine Arts in Canada.

Currently, Anders Kilström is a professor of piano at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. He has led masterclasses in various countries, including Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Canada, and the United States.
