Antonia Silvaggi

Guest Faculty for Audience Development

Antonia Silvaggi is the co-founder and Head of Skills and Organizational Development at Melting Pro. She works at the intersection of culture, learning, and community engagement. At Melting Pro, she facilitates programs that prioritize relational skills and practical action, helping cultural institutions become more relevant, sustainable, and audience-focused.

Her approach is rooted in human-centered approaches and co-creation. She specializes in creating “braver spaces” for experimentation, where organizations can tackle real-world challenges through a hands-on, iterative process. A cornerstone of her practice is the Audience Centred Experience Design (ACED) blueprint—a framework she helped co-design as part of ADESTE PLUS project to guide organizations in prototyping more inclusive and impactful visitor experiences.

Antonia’s expertise spans capacity building, mentoring, and action learning. She is also a specialist in digital storytelling, a methodology she adapted from the Storycenter in Berkeley, while continually exploring how digital tools can enhance distance learning and human connection in the cultural sector.
