At the seminar, which will be held in English, doctoral students conducting artistic research will discuss the research process of their doctoral theses in a free format, using practical examples. Doctoral students from EAMT, EKA, and other institutions will present the status of their research, followed by questions and discussions.
The first joint seminar on artistic research was organized by the EMTA Doctoral Studies Center in 2017. Since then, with a few exceptions, a meeting of doctoral students involved with artistic research has been held every semester.
This time, the seminar will take place within the framework of the Estonian Doctoral School of Humanities and Arts, doctoral researchers from all Estonian universities are welcome to attend.
The project “Cooperation between universities to promote doctoral studies” (2021-2027.4.04.24-0003) is co-funded by the European Union.
