Main Studies (MIX001) Exam Requirements MA
Early Music:
The student is required to:
- provide their own instrument
- participate in at least one student performance during the semester
- perform in at least one EAMT concert (or equivalent)
- actively participate in master classes
- attend at least one student evening per semester
Terms 1-3:
- Performance of repertoire that best supports the student’s development. The student is required to perform a program 25–40 minutes in length in which they demonstrate proficiency in varying styles.
Term 4:
Master’s Degree Examination (MIX011)
The student is required to perform a 30–50 minute program demonstrating proficiency in varying styles.
