The Bachelor Programme in Recording Arts and Music Production at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre is a fine arts programme for students seeking a solid and broad foundation in music production, songwriting and professional recording, focusing on studio recording, live recording and a wide range of recording techniques of non-classical and classical music genres.

The aim of the programme is for graduates to be able to work as music producers, recording engineers, and songwriters in today’s music industry. Students are prepared for a professional career, and at the same time are encouraged to challenge preconceived notions and develop innovative ideas. The programme combines artistic and technical training, with a particular focus on studio and live recording practices, contemporary music production workflows, and collaboration with performers and other creative professionals. Graduates also have the option to continue their studies and pursue a master’s degree.
