Application

The application deadline is 31 March 2021.

Before applying, please check the host institution’s website for information about the course catalogue, academic calendar, language of instruction, housing options etc. If needed, contact the project coordinator for specific information.

1)  Fill out the online application form with a motivation letter.

At this application stage, Motivation letter is directed to the EAMT committee.

2) The applications will be forwarded to the specialty department and Student Affairs department for approval.

If the number of applications exceeds available study places, a selection committee consisting of representatives of the department and the Rector’s Office will compile a ranking list. Academic results, motivation, previous mobility experiences and if relevant, the level of the language of instruction at the partner university will be taken into account when making the selection. The committee can request additional documents.

The students successfully passing the application process at the EAMT can submit their documents to the partner university.

As a next step the outgoing students have to fill out Learning Agreement confirming the study plan for the exchange period between the home institution, the host institution and the student. Learning Agreement has to include also these EAMT subjects that will be replaced by the subjects taken abroad. This should be discussed with the Student’s Affairs Department.
